PTFIX distribution blocks and power blocks

The ready-to-use and maintenance-free PTFIX distribution blocks and power blocks with Push-in connection technology allow you to mount them quickly without manual bridging, which means that time savings of up to 80% can be achieved.

PTFIX distribution blocks are available with 4, 6, 12, and 18 terminal points and as single blocks with two terminal points. If you require several distribution blocks, you can arrange the blocks next to each other without any loss of pitch using standard plug-in bridges, thereby efficiently extending the potential. Install the blocks using different mounting types: DIN rail mounting, direct mounting, or adhesive mounting.

For space-saving, clearly arranged DIN rail mounting, various adapters for vertical and horizontal mounting are available to you. In addition, the 11 different distribution block colors ensure the color-coded assignment of conductors. Along with the additional marking material, this assignment facilitates intuitive and safe installation. To allow you to quickly and easily check the PTFIX distribution blocks, the individual blocks have an additional test point for all common probes.

PTFIX function distribution blocks

PTFIX-function function distribution blocks are available in various disconnection versions. The distribution blocks are available with seven connection points and a nominal cross-section of 2.5 mm². Conductor cross-sections of between 0.14 and 4 mm² can therefore be connected to the separable connection points. Collective connection of the function distribution blocks enables the connection of conductor cross-sections between 0.5 and 10 mm².

The three function versions TG, MT, and MTL differ with regard to the type of disconnect zone. The TG version is a disconnect base block that accommodates function plugs such as fuse plugs and various components along with disconnect knives. The MT version of the distribution blocks, on the other hand, is equipped with a disconnect knife that can be opened safely with a screwdriver. The MTL version is also equipped with a disconnect knife, but the knife can be opened without tools, which is why this version requires more space above the block.

Distribution blocks and device connection blocks with screw connection

Distribution blocks with screw connection technology are the solution for signal and power wiring up to 35 mm². You can create a 2-conductor connection using the screw connection by securely contacting a conductor of the same cross section in just one clamping part. The device connection and distribution blocks are clearly and easily identifiable with the marking material.
